~Terms Of War~

1. At an army’s invasion of CPFBI’s nation, the battle MUST be fought at the Iceberg. Violation of this term will result in CPFBI keeping the server.
2. CPFBI is able to make notice of an invasion, practice battle, or anything of the sort 24 hours beforehand, and being posted on CPFBI’s website more then 24 hours.
3. No army may use our servers without permission. Any violation of this term will result in an invasion of the violater’s lowest server.
4. CPFBI demands a reasonable excuse for an invasion of their nation. If no reasonable explanation is made clear, we WILL take it to Club Penguin United Nations.
5. The army that is defending will make the rules of that battle, not the invader.
6. No hacking or breaking of Club Penguin League of Nations or Club Penguin United Nations will be allowed. Any violation, and we will take it straight to C.P.U.N.
7. Battle results MUST be decided by both tactics and size, violation will result in an automatic tie.
